A Case for Vespers
I find nothing stopping a group of interested friends taking to a few pews in a side chapel of a Cathedral and praying Vespers together. This could be a good option if arrangements in your diocese are a little taxing!

There is certainly no rule against it. But make sure everyone has the same psalter, or things get very messy. Trust me.

Mind you, I'm often either saying Vespers furtively before Mass, or I go to the Chaplaincy where they say Vespers anyway. :)
Yes, that's right. I suggest making photocopies for everyone before hand - it works well.
